All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.

The music data contained on this disk or supplied via electronic transfer is licensed, not sold, for use in music productions limited to the original purchaser.

Opening or downloading the product constitutes the acceptance of these terms.

A right to use the software is granted to the original end-user of the product (Licensee) and is not transferable. The Licensee may modify the software.

The software may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes within musical compositions. The licence expressly forbids resale or other distribution of the software, either in its original form or any modifications thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign or transfer all or parts of the software to another user, or for use in any competitive product. The use of our software for any other purpose than mentioned above requires prior written approval and licensing by Newtronic Ltd. The licence agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and cancels all prior representations and agreements whether written or oral with regard to the purchase of this product.

The construction, validity and performance of the agreement shall be governed by and construed in all aspects in accordance with British Law.

Returns for software supplied on magnetic media are only accepted for faulty products returned to the address below within 14 days. Goods supplied via electronic transfer are excluded from return.

Limited Warranty

This software is supplied or made available to "as is" without any representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for your personal use only, and your use is your sole risk.

Newtronic Ltd.'s entire liability and your entire remedy in respect of use of the software shall be replacement of defective software. Newtronic Ltd. does not warrant that your use of the software will be error-free or secure.

Except as is expressed in this agreement, all representations, conditions, warranties and terms relating to this agreement (including, without limitation, any as to fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality of any thereof) are hereby excluded by Newtronic Ltd. to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall Newtronic Ltd. be liable to you or any third party for or in respect of any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise).

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. Therefore, the above exclusions or limitations might not apply to that extenet, an none of the above should be construed as excluding or limiting any liability beyond what is permissive under applicable law.

No dealer, agent or employee of Newtronic Ltd. is authorized to make any modifications, extensions or additions to this limited warranty.
