More info: The gates explore the more groovy side of the 8th/16th gates by using varying volume/expression amounts, rather than straight alternating between 0 and 127 amounts. A number of gates leave the 8th/16th rhythms completely and provide unusual experiments in odd numbered grooves which go quite against the beat when used with 4-to-the-floor beats. |
