Techno Dance Kit

A pumping collection of Techno, bass, drum and phrase loops featuring over 250 different four bar loops grouped into three categories. Stark, mechanistic sounds and rhythms are featured that lock straight into unique Techno grooves.

Stuttering, clattering drum fills allied to a variety of predominantly 4/4 beats provide the perfect backdrop for minimalist, anthemic tunes. Simply cut and paste selections from the mass of different MIDI loops to generate new ideas and excite your mind to new possibilities.

TB-303 and complex echo/delay effects highlight the intelligent, painstaking programming behind these files, allowing you the freedom to experiment.

Technical Specification:

Demo: A song created using only the phrases on these disks.

Drums: 70 full beats and fills. The sounds are arranged on separate tracks for ease of muting and mixing.

Bass: There are 78 bass loops in total spread over five files. Each file has 16 separate 4 bar bass phrases and are categorised as follows:

Bcminor: bass phrases on and around the key of c minor.

Bcmajor: as above but on/around c major.

Bechoes: phrases with programmed

echo/delay effects.

Bacid: some more way out bass loops.

Bporta: bass loops utilising portamento for convincing TB303 type effects!

Phrases: This disk contains 128 loops of varied phrases spread over eight files. Each file has 16 separate 4 bar phrases categorised as follows:

Parpmaj: techno arpeggios with a major key feel

Parpmin: as above but with a minor key feel.

Pchordma: sampler mimicking piano stabs using major chords.

Pchordmi: as above but using minor chords.

Pphooks: piano hooks, rhythmic broken chords etc.

Pechoes: techno phrases with programmed echo/delay effects with a minor key feel.

Pechosma: as above but with a major feel.

Pgates: midi gates with programmed chords.
